Privacy Policy
Last updated July 30, 2026
This policy covers faelorestudios.com — the Faelore Studios studio website. It does not cover our individual products, which have their own policies: TaleCast and AuthentiCast.
1. Who we are
Faelore Studios is an independent app studio. This website is a portfolio and contact site — it has no user accounts, no logins, no payments, and no user-generated content.
2. What we collect
Only what you send us, plus basic aggregate traffic data:
- Contact form submissions. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you type into it. Nothing else is attached.
- Aggregate analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, records anonymous, aggregate traffic data (page views, referrers, approximate country, browser type). This is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or track you across sites.
- Server logs. Cloudflare retains standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
3. What we don't collect
- We set no cookies and use no local storage on this site.
- We run no advertising, no ad pixels, and no cross-site tracking.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with data brokers. Ever.
4. How we use it
Contact form submissions are used to read and reply to your message, and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list from a contact form submission. Analytics are used only to understand roughly how much traffic the site gets and where it comes from.
5. Third-party services
This site relies on a small number of external providers:
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and cookieless analytics.
- Resend — delivers contact form submissions to us by email.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site. Loading a font from Google discloses your IP address to Google as part of that request.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
6. Retention
Contact form emails are kept in our inbox for as long as they are useful for correspondence and records, and deleted when they are not. Cloudflare's analytics and log retention follow Cloudflare's own schedule, which we do not control.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. For this site that realistically means your contact form submission. To make a request, use the contact form and tell us what you'd like us to do.
We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.
8. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information through the contact form, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions travel over an encrypted connection to Cloudflare and on to Resend. No system is perfectly secure, but this site holds very little — there is no account database to breach.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we'll update the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be called out on this page.
11. Contact

Note for Faelore: this policy was drafted to match what the site actually does as of July 30, 2026 (static site, one contact form, Cloudflare analytics, no cookies) and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before relying on it, confirm the legal entity name, whether a governing-law and jurisdiction clause is needed, and whether GDPR/CCPA obligations apply to your traffic. Delete this note once reviewed.
