TOAD
Under development
Tour Operators And Directors: one system for the people who plan escorted tours, the directors who run them on the ground, and the guests who take them.
What it is
- For tour operators. Your company, its tours and departures, guest rosters, the directors assigned to each departure, and luggage, in one place.
- For tour directors. See the departures you're offered and accept or decline them. On tour, keep a log and your own commentary notes, and tag and track luggage. A first draft of the end-of-tour report can be written for you from your own log, for you to check.
- For guests. See your trip: its name, destination and dates.
- Need-to-know access. Each role sees only what it needs. Directors never see guests' travel documents, and documents and emergency contacts are removed once a tour is over.
Who it's for
Escorted tour companies, the tour directors who work with them, and their guests. Accounts are for adults (18+).
